Julia Heineccius is responsible for business development and steering of the telecommunications business at EnBW. Before that she supported the development of the telecommunications business as Manager Strategy & Transformation at NetCom BW, shaped the quality strategy as Senior Quality Strategy Manager at 1&1 and worked in wholesale at Deutsche Telekom. Thirteen years at three major players of the German telecommunications industry have filled her toolbox: wholesale, quality strategy, strategy and transformation, business development.

Bringing out the best in organisations and people and delighting customers is what drives her. On stage Julia Heineccius talks about transformation in telecommunications, quality as strategy, innovation and servant leadership in technology-driven organisations. Julia Heineccius studied International Management at Technische Hochschule Lübeck (BSc) and at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (MSc) and earned an MBA at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in Brazil in parallel. She lives in Bonn, Germany.
