2. Hosting

This website is hosted by TODO: hosting provider, address, server location. When you visit the site, the provider processes technically necessary data on my behalf (IP address, time of access, page requested, browser and operating system) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after TODO: period. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

3. Contact form and email

If you write to me via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide (name, email address, organisation, event details, message) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR. Messages are delivered by email via TODO: mail service / SMTP provider. I delete requests once they are settled and no statutory retention obligations apply. To fend off automated requests, the IP address is held briefly in the serverʼs memory (rate limit) and not stored permanently.

4. Fonts, cookies and local storage

Fonts are served from my own server; no fonts from Google or other third parties are embedded. The website sets no cookies. Your choice of appearance (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and not transmitted to me.

5. Embedded videos (YouTube)

Videos are only loaded after your click (two-click solution) and embedded via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. Only when loading, data is transferred to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. 6. Web analytics

TODO: only if Umami is enabled (UMAMI_URL set): This website uses Umami, cookie-free web analytics operated on TODO: own server / provider. No personal profiles are created and no data is passed to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
